AVX in Action: Elevating the University of Alabama's NIL Office Suite!

When Davis Architects reached out to our AVX sales team for a routine display job at the University of Alabama's soon-to-be-finished NIL office suite, little did we know it would turn into an exciting venture!

👉 The Challenge: A Unique Ticker Display The University's needs evolved from standard displays in podcasting rooms to a dynamic setup in the lobby, demanding innovation. AVX rose to the challenge, choosing a 100” Sony display for detailed information and a custom ticker display for real-time NIL updates from the University's Twitter account.

🎨 Crafting the Solution: Collaboration and Expertise Working with Davis Architects, Rise Displays, and TVOne, our team, led by account executive Joe Hawk and project manager Justin Smith, embarked on a journey to create an 8” tall, 20’-0” long ticker display. This visual masterpiece perfectly encapsulated the essence of the University's brand and the dynamic nature of NIL updates.

🖥️ Integrating Technology: TVOne's Corio Micro To bridge the gap between the University's computer and the custom ticker display, we turned to TVOne's Corio Micro. Jonathan Begleiter from TVOne was instrumental in ensuring the seamless integration of a 1080p image into a custom 1536x48 feed, bringing the vision to life.

🎉 The Result: Innovation Unleashed The final result was nothing short of thrilling! The ticker display, fueled by the University's Twitter account, became a captivating focal point, updating automatically with the latest NIL information. This project stands as a testament to collaboration, innovation, and the power of technology to transform spaces.
